Alessandra Kelley a professional fine artist with a long term interest in illustration. She trained at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in classical painting media and illustration techniques. The bulk of her work is egg tempera, an ancient, durable medium painted on prepared masonite boards. She also uses oils, acrylics, pencils, colored pencils, ink, and watercolors. But really, egg tempera is the biggie.
